Debre Libanos Monastery & Portuguese Bridge

A two-hour drive north of Addis leads to Debre Libanos Monastery, one of Ethiopia’s most important religious centers, founded in the 13th century by Saint Tekle Haymanot. Wenchi Crater Lake

About 150 kilometers west of Addis lies Wenchi Crater Lake, a breathtaking volcanic lake surrounded by green mountains, hot springs, and waterfalls.
